US Special Envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg stated that reaching an agreement to end the war there is 'very close,' and now it depends on resolving two main stuck issues. According to him, progress in the peace process is evident, but there are remaining unresolved problems that require immediate attention. Kellogg emphasized the importance of quickly settling these issues to establish long-term peace in the region. He also expressed hope that the conflicting parties will show political will to reach a compromise.
