The Blue Jays had the game won, leading 4-2 going into the eighth inning, but home runs from Max Muncy and Miguel Rojas changed the game's story at Toronto's Rogers Centre. In the second extra inning, Will Smith delivered the franchise its first World Series championship since the New York Yankees did so between 1998 and 2000.
